CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly ask that any appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours will incur a $25 fee applied to the canceled or rescheduled service. • No-Call, No-Show appointments will be charged atleast 50% of the service price. We completely understand that life happens, and this policy is never meant to feel punitive. It simply helps protect our time, our small business, and ensures we can continue providing the best care and availability for all of our guests.
